Benjamin Burnett Attorney

Ben Burnett is a Houston native and passionate advocate who represents individuals and businesses in property insurance disputes, personal injury matters, and mass tort litigation. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Benjamin brings a deep understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of his clients’ claims—an insight sharpened by nearly a decade of experience in the legal field.

Ben began his legal career in 2015 as a legal assistant and continued working in that capacity throughout law school and beyond, gaining hands-on experience in homeowners’ insurance claims, commercial property damage cases, and complex mass torts involving defective drugs and medical devices. He joined Burnett Law Firm as an attorney after becoming licensed to practice in Texas in 2024.

His practice focuses on representing policyholders in claims related to hail, fire, and storm damage, as well as individuals harmed by dangerous products such as hernia mesh implants, Paraquat, Roundup, 3M earplugs, and Depo-Provera. Known for his thoughtful approach and meticulous attention to detail, he is committed to helping clients understand their rights and holding powerful entities accountable.

He is a member of the American Association for Justice and proudly serves clients across Texas.
